At Prestige Medispa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Once your appointment is booked, your technician is fully prepared, scheduled, and waiting for your arrival. This also means that other clients are unable to book that time slot.
To ensure the best experience for all our clients and our team, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen. For this reason, the first instance of a same-day cancellation, same-day reschedule, or no-show may be waived as a courtesy. However, any subsequent occurrences will result in a $35 fee, charged to the card on file.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next scheduled client, and the full-service fee may still apply.
Refund Policy
All services and packages purchased at Prestige Medispa are non-refundable.
If your needs or goals change, we are happy to transfer the remaining value of a prepaid services into a Prestige Medispa credit, which may be applied toward other services. This credit holds its full value and allows flexibility while honoring the time, preparation, and resources reserved for your care.
