Once your appointment is booked that means our technician is prepared, ready and waiting for you. It also means that our other clients were not able to scheduled that time slot.
In order to provide the best experience for you and all of our clients, we request you to be considered and give us minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that last minute events and emergencies may happen, but failing to provide the minimum 24h notice or no show will result in a $25 charge for the missed appointment.
