Cancellation Policy
Once your appointment is booked that means our technician is prepared, ready and waiting for you. It also means that our other clients were not able to be scheduled in that time slot.
In order to provide the best experience for you and all our clients, we request for you to be considerate and give us minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that last minute events and emergencies happen, but failing to provide the minimum 24h notice, or not showing up to your appointment, will result in a $25 charge.
